Other Things to Note
Book your stay at our serene greenbelt sanctuary, just a few steps from the lake and experience a perfect blend of comfort and natural tranquility. Our two bedroom condo is a smoke free, take your shoes off at the door, relax and unwind vacation space. Our Condo is on the second floor. Stairs required to access the living areas. Neighbors are in close proximity, please respect their property.
Guests are welcome to make use of the entire dwelling, with the exception of the designated secured linen and cleaning closets. Certain areas within the property serve as private storage for the owner’s personal belongings. We kindly ask that you respect the owner’s privacy by refraining from entering these restricted areas.
House Rules
Non-Smoking Home, No smoking or vaping inside the condo, front or back balcony. If you are a smoker, our property is not a good fit for you, as there is no accommodation for smokers in or around our building and property.
Please note: pets or animals of any kind on the property at any time. As owners have a severe medical condition not allowing any animals on the property. Medical letter is in place.
All guests and visitors must present their identification at the time of booking and upon arrival at the guard gate. Unregistered guests and visitors will be asked to leave the premises. Absolutely no parties or large gatherings of unregistered guests or visitors. Drug use and excessive drinking are prohibited. Please refrain from excessive noise, loud music, or rowdy behavior. Disturbances to neighbors will not be tolerated. Be considerate of our neighbors, especially during nighttime hours. Keep noise levels to a minimum.
Do not remove any items from our home. If you like something, inquire about its purchase, and we will share that information.
Commercial film or photography is strictly prohibited on the premises without prior written consent from the host to ensure the privacy and comfort of our neighbors.
Please do not check out late without prior approval. Housekeeping needs time to prepare for the next guests.
No mail is to be delivered to our home. Access to our mailbox is not available.
Outside shoes are not allowed in our house, especially on furniture. It’s advisable to bring house shoes.
Do not move our furniture or place anything on our walls.
We want to ensure that everyone enjoys a pleasant stay in our home. While we appreciate diverse culinary experiences, we kindly ask that guests refrain from cooking dishes with strong odors, such as curry. This helps us maintain a fresh environment for all our visitors. Maintain the property in a clean and tidy condition. Sleep in beds and not on the couch. Follow check-out instructions for cleaning.
Dispose of all wrapped garbage in the bins to the left of the condo in the parking lot. Do not leave any garbage outside the unit or in common areas. No Extra Items in Toilet. Refrain from disposing of any items, including sanitary products, wipes, or paper towels, in the toilet.
Per HOA guidelines, no cooking or burning of any kind is allowed on the front or rear balconies. No candles or incense are allowed inside the house.

*Violation Consequences: Failure to adhere to these house rules will result in immediate reservation cancellation without a refund. Additional charges for damages or inconvenience caused may apply. Guests are responsible for any damage to the property or missing items. Do not bring any hair or fabric dyes into our house. Report any issues to the host immediately. If we do not hear from you, we assume our accommodation is to your satisfaction and no discounts or refunds will be made. Guests violating rules related to air or sanitation quality, cleanliness/gross negligence, and property damage agree to pay a $450 deep cleaning/$750 restoration charge, as well as the cost to replace any damaged items. Please return the keys to the lockbox (If you had to use them) to avoid a $50 replacement fee. Guests must comply with all applicable laws and regulations during their stay. Age Requirement: Guests must be 25 years of age to book. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation to ensure an enjoyable stay for everyone. To ensure your safety, we have installed a motion Ring security camera doorbell, at the front door. This camera is positioned to face the front balcony and does not capture any views of interior spaces at all. It is actively recording video, and audio only when motion is detected. Please do not tamper with or cover the outdoor cameras or condo Wi-Fi. Violating this rule may result in the immediate cancellation of your reservation.
